- HQ or major subsidiary not based in the European Union
- Or, any company which is not established in Singapore
- French individuals employed in a non-European company based in Singapore
- HQ or major subsidiary in France or European Union with a business unit in Singapore
- Worldwide staff < 500 employees
- Own set up business in Singapore by a French founder/Major shareholder, without any existing link with another company in Singapore or out of Singapore
- Staff up to 3 employees
- HQ or major subsidiary in France or European Union with a business unit in Singapore
- Enhanced visibility with exclusive benefits
- HQ or major subsidiary in France or European Union with a business unit in Singapore
- Worldwide staff > 500 employees
